DELIVERY

Normally, you will receive your items in your mailbox within 2-3 days after we have received your order. Posten (the Norwegian postal service) will notify you when the package has been delivered.

If you have chosen to have the package sent to your nearest post office, it must be collected within 2 weeks. If not, it will be returned to us. These are Posten’s regulations. In addition, you will be invoiced for the shipping costs.

PAYMENT

Cash on Delivery

If you have selected cash on delivery, the additional fee will be added to the invoice amount.

Customers in Svalbard

Posten has introduced a separate fee for packages sent to Svalbard. Therefore, each order will be charged this fee, which is currently NOK 236.
